GCSE and A-Level The aims and objectives of this qualification as outlined by the exam board are to enable students to:
BTEC The Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Business is an Applied General qualification. It is for post-16 learners who want to continue their education through applied learning and who aim to progress to higher education and ultimately to employment in the business sector. The BTEC Level 3 Business programme covers:
The qualification will support entry to many higher education courses as well as progression into employment or an apprenticeship. |

Business Studies allows students the opportunity to explore the dynamic world of business. Through the option of GCSE, A level and Level 3 BTEC we have a course to suit every type of learner.
Our curriculum is chosen to support our students in their future careers whether in business or not.
Business Studies allows students to gain transferable skills which will help to develop a broad knowledge and understanding of business operations, marketing, finance, external influences and technology in business.
Through studying Business, students learn skills that are invaluable to them in the future.
