Our School Prayer

Father,                                                                                                    Pour out your Spirit upon our School                                                    and grant us a renewed vision of your glory, so that we may experience your power,be faithful to your Word                                  and consecrate ourselves to your service.                                        We pray that your love may grow among us,                                       and your kingdom come.                                                            Through Christ our Lord                                                                 Amen.

St Anselm, pray for us

For our Year 11,13 and 14 students

We pray for our Year 11, 13 and 14 students who are moving on. We ask that you send your Spirit upon them, for their heads to be clear and their hearts to be calm so that they can prepare themselves as best they can for their next steps, particularly in these uncertain times. Keep them always in your love, keep them safe and happy, and help them to make their mark on the world around them in a positive way.

Lord in your mercy, Hear our prayer

Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace,                                                                              the Lord is with thee.                                                                                  Blessed art thou amongst women                                                            and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.                                          Holy Mary, Mother of God,                                                                        pray for us sinners, now                                                                              and at the hour of our death.                                                                    Amen.

Our Father

Our Father,
who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

FOR NURSES AND MIDWIVES                                                                                         For the nurses and midwives we know by name;                                                      For the nurse and midwives who may have looked after us and we don't know by name;                                                                                                                          For all in the nursing profession who continue to serve others in these challenging times;                                                                                                          for the members of our own families, our friends, our past students and our wider school community who have dedicated themselves to the nursing profession;                                                                                                                        for those who have sacrificed their lives nursing the world to health.               We give thanks.

God of Mercy and Compassion,                                                                                    We pray for all nurses, midwives, those in training and all in nursing profession, giving thanks for their expert care, bedside manner and commitment to serve others, particularly at this time when their own welfare is at risk. We ask that they may be blessed with the mental strength, physical energy and good health to continue with their essential work. Amen.
